Terms of Service – Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Agreement
By selecting the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

Third-Party Financing Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a separate financial agreement with a third-party financing provider of your choice. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all payment terms, schedules, and obligations as outlined in your agreement with that third-party provider.

Product Receipt & Satisfaction: You confirm that you have received the tirzepatide product(s) in full, as described, and are satisfied with your purchase. You acknowledge that the services and/or products rendered are complete.

No Refunds / All Sales Final: Due to the nature of this product and applicable compliance standards, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through your financing provider or financial institution on the basis of product dissatisfaction, non-receipt, or non-performance. All issues related to financing are strictly between you and the third-party provider. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure contractual integrity with our fulfillment process.
By completing your purchase with the BNPL option, you agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge your legal and financial responsibility for full repayment through your chosen financing entity.
